Montpellier is a new own-label brand to the UK launched in 2012 by Domestic Appliance Distributors (DAD) based in Gloucestershire that encompasses both freestanding and built-in dishwashers as well as tumble dryer and fridge freezer models.
Service is carried out through a national network of independent repair agents that was set up in a collaborative effort between the Whitegoods Trade Association (WTA) and Montpellier directly just before the brand launched.
The association helped find service agents across the UK for Montpellier allowing them to establish their own service operation that they had direct control over allowing the brand to offer a better level of service as well as flexibility.
